Soken (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. has been established in Cambodia in 2011, as the first branch in overseas by the mother company named "General Building Service Co., Ltd." The head quarter is in Ibaragi prefecture, Japan since 1981. Over 35 years of experience of building management performs outstanding service in this country, aiming to be a part of a sustainable, organized and clean society.

Our missions are "Trust", "Technique" and "Quality". We focus on earning the "Trust" from customer, improving our "Techniques" and serving "Quality" to satisfy everyone who visits the site.

The basic of daily cleaning service is consisted by bathroom cleaning, window cleaning and floor cleaning. Trained and friendly staff will keep the building cleanliness.

4. MEP Maintenance
We plan and maintain the air conditioning system, water (plumbing) system, electrical system, fire fighting system and other facilities related to the safety and comfortable environment.

We also provide gardening maintenance service, simple repairs and other services that requires international standards for business operations.
